Comprehensive English Proficiency Project has been designed to provide a sound grammatical and functional framework which will enable the learners to listen, comprehend, speak, read, write and do grammatical tasks effectively. The course is prepared to help the linguistically disadvantaged learners to move on from dependant stage to independent stage and finally reach the interdependent stage which empowers his/her interpersonal relationship. This radical, scientific, interactive and bilingual methodology uses codes and formulae. Here a learner is brought back to two years of his/her mental age then he/she is guided, monitored and rectified at every step.
